AssociatedLords

The Associated Lords was the government set up for East Ivalice after the Ordalian occupation ended. It was a set of four Feudal States, each one led by a different Elemental Lord:

• Shali Beoulve, the elemental lord of fire. Her capitol was Vermio
• Xan Breezeweaver, the elemental lord of Wind. His capitol was Homindale
• Wendy Vorn, the elemental lord of Earth. Her capitol was Vorn
• Lord Hydros, the elemental lord of Water. His capitol was Mon Zin.

However, Shali was not technically one of the elemental lords. The elemental lord lineage was one that was passed down. The true heir to the fire lineage was Persona Flex. However, he lost control of Vermio at the end of the Ordalia - Ivalice War.

Each Feudal state was sovereign, but for matters that affected the entire nation, it was ruled by consensus of the four leaders.
