Home to the Empire of the Endless Ocean.

Van Tiel is reported to be a city of nearly a quarter million people, being one of the largest cities in the Isle of Man general area. What the party sees, on the other hand, proves that the reports of this city are greatly underestimated. This is an absolutely massive city hugging the natural(?) harbor of Van Tiel. There are massive shipyards off to one side that are actively working on new parts of the Fleet of the Endless Ocean, a whole garrison fleet docked here on their own, and hundreds... no, thousands guarding the entrance to the cove.
