ReaganLevel 2 Description: He's Ronald Reagan, dammit! Reagan, former president of the United States, has apparently turned into some quasi-zombie sort of human. Most of his powers are tied to hitting things very hard, even with his ranged punch, which turns into a specific type of damage depending on what what he punched to cause the ranged feature to work. Each time he hits he gains hp back, although that usually is never an issue. His ep regenerates with an iPod full of 80's songs, which he (or the person playing him, Timothy Hopp) often sings along to, monotonally. Outside of Combat: He, or possibly the person playing Reagan, has little ability outside of combat, but his bizarre approaches to problems produce results. Specific stories: Lightening Boy and Static Electricity Man: Reagan's day began when he woke up in a storage container, remembered nothing about how he got there, and then distintegrated the container by punching it. Static Electricity Man developed a doomsday device that caused really annoying hailstones to pummel the roof of a house in a 1m rad. Villagers were annoyed enough to pay for the Man's capture, but not enough to pay a lot of gil. The first encounter, on the roof of the Oak and Button, involved Reagan getting annoyed at the cloud and punching it, which dispelled. Soon after a new cloud formed. Then Reagan called out for the maker of the cloud, saying that the party would pay the ransom demanded. When LB teleported in, Reagan said, "We have to deliver the ransom in person." After 5-10 minutes of bickering, LB took the request to SEM. In the mean time, the party looked up LB in the phone book and raided his apartment. When LB came to answer the door, Reagan knocked the door on top of LB and sat on top of him until he reluctantly agreed to take the party to SEM. |
