Okay, this list is to finally put down all of the skills that you get for being from a particular region in the campaign world. I also have down the Regional and National languages from any particular location.
If this doesn't match what your character has already, don't worry. You can switch if you want, but I'm fine with grandfathering in characters.
If multiple skills are listed, it is the character's choice.
Anytime a National Language says, "Choice", it means that the average NPC of the nation only knows one language (the regional one). Since all PCs know at least two languages, the player can choose any language that would make sense.
